Staff Meeting
4th Saturday of every month, the resources assemble for a Staff get-together. The Best Employee of the Quarter is the convener for the get-together. He decides the Agenda. Self introduction by newly joined resources, Quiz programmes, mimicry, sharing of experience on the recent foreign visits/external training by employees, celebration of birthdays of employees are some of the activities that take place in the staff meeting.
Study Circle
To make employees to know what is happening beyond the boundaries of their work in CI, eminent speakers from different fields are invited to deliver talks on topics of interest. This meeting is organized once in a quarter. "Investments", "Healthcare", "Benefits of meditation", "Happy Life", "Insurance" are some of the topics covered by the Guest speakers.
Family Get-Together
Every year in December, the Company organizes a Family Get-Together. An invitation will be sent to the head of the family of the employee inviting him/her to attend the Get-Together without fail.
The Company will be sharing the milestones crossed by it during the year directly with the family members of the employees. It is an opportunity provided by the Company to the family members to know about the Company and also to feel assured of the growth of the Company as well as their wards.
There will be exciting and interesting programmes by staff members and their children. Programmes by outside professionals also will be arranged to entertain the guests.
Corporate out-bound programme
The Company organizes Corporate Out-bound programmes every year. Without the confines and pressures of an office atmosphere, a well designed outbound programme organized by HR Team helps CIians get in closer touch with themselves and gain a clearer view of their strengths and weaknesses. This results in improved team dynamics, and a more aware and focused work force.
